About the Role

We are hiring a Data Ops Associate to support customer-facing and internal operational processes within the Customer Support and Order to Cash Enablement function. This role is critical in ensuring accurate customer data management, timely processing of requests, and delivery of a high-quality customer experience across global stakeholders.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Cybersecurity, and Customer Support teams, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking growth in enterprise data operations and customer lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and manage customer accounts across internal systems with high data accuracy.

  • Process assigned orders, agreements, and customer communications within defined turnaround times and quality standards.

  • Respond professionally to customer queries via email and phone in line with best practice guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal training modules.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and support corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).

  • Contribute to or lead small-scale process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Support internal quality audits and ensure adherence to quality and compliance frameworks.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data operations, customer service, order-to-cash, or a similar customer-facing operational role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Management, or related fields preferred).

  • Strong experience working with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, and maintaining professional relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Order-to-Cash processes is an advantage.

  • Experience in writing, editing, or reviewing operational or customer-related documentation.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
