Job Title: Outpatient Pharmacist
Location: Alaska
Compensation: $90.00 per hour + $17.50 hourly stipend
Schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including workflow, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
Manage and develop pharmacy staff: hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews.
Maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors, and insurance companies.
Ensure proper stocking and inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies.
Process prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal turnaround times.

Job Requirements:

Education: PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy).
Licensure: Active, in-good-standing pharmacy license from any state. (Must apply for Alaska Pharmacist License).
Experience: 1+ years preferred; new grads accepted.
Background/Drug Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check, health, and drug screen.
