### **Your Role**
As the **LSPS Deployment Lead (Operational Excellence Manager)**, you will drive transformational change by implementing our **Production System** across manufacturing sites and distribution centers in a specific region. Your mission is to activate and sustain operational excellence within our **Integrated Supply Chain & Operations (ISCO) network**, a key priority of our ISCO Strategy.
This position is based in **Bangalore, India**, with **~30% travel** expected.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
##### **Deployment Activities (80%)**
- **Site Preparation & Change Management:** Lead preparation efforts, manage organizational change, and ensure seamless communication.
- **Kick-off & Training Bootcamp:** Deliver initial training sessions to equip teams with essential skills for success.
- **Diagnostics & Maturity Assessment:** Conduct LSPS maturity assessments and prioritize key elements for impactful improvements.
- **Tactical Improvement Plans:** Define initiatives focusing on capability building and sustained operational efficiency.
- **Implementation & Continuous Improvement:** Drive process enhancements and develop a long-term LSPS expansion roadmap.
##### **Global Element Ownership (20%)**
- **Standard Development:** Continuously refine LSPS content, including training materials, guidebooks, and assessment tools.

### **Who You Are**
#### **Education & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field (B.Tech/Engineering preferred).
- **8+ years** of experience in **Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma** methodologies.
- **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification** required.
- Experience in **Production System deployment** within industries such as **Healthcare, Pharma, FMCG, or Chemicals**.
