Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Officer – Medical Imaging to manage clinical imaging data, conduct quality reviews, and support imaging-related clinical trial activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in optometry or clinical imaging and a strong understanding of data quality and clinical compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter clinical trial data into data collection tools accurately and efficiently.

  • Conduct quality control review of clinical trial images, including OCT, FFA, CFP, CT, MRI, and other imaging modalities.

  • Review CRFs, eCRFs, reports, and data listings as applicable.

  • Assist clinical sites with uploading and managing clinical imaging data.

  • Provide training to site staff on image acquisition guidelines.

  • Support data analysis, database lock, study closeout, and reconciliation activities.

  • Manage queries related to imaging data and documentation.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data collection and transfer systems/tools.

  • Perform ongoing review of clinical and medical aspects of patient data to ensure data quality and audit readiness.

  • Contribute to guidance on data capture requirements in alignment with study protocols and reporting standards.


Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical trials and optometry.

  • Experience working in a Central Reading Center is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of clinical imaging workflows, data management, and quality control processes.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry, or at least 2 years of professional experience in clinical optometry.
