Job Purpose
The Officer – Onco Solid Oral will support the development, manufacturing, and quality operations of oral oncology formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence. This role combines technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on execution to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in formulation development, scale-up, and manufacturing of oral solid oncology dosage forms.
Support regulatory and quality compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to GMP, USFDA, MHRA, and EMA guidelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and technical reports.
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot technical challenges to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational discipline in line with company EHS standards.
Qualification & Skills Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in oncology, oral solid dosage formulation, or clinical manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
Strong technical and analytical skills in pharmaceutical operations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
