Position Overview

We are looking for a Nuclear Sales Manager who is passionate about making a difference in patients' lives. The Nuclear Sales Manager will work closely with the Regional Director, Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales goals for the territory (Dallas & Kansas City). You will have the opportunity to impact both the growth of the company and the field of nuclear medicine.


What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Regional Director, Sales to develop a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company’s business goals. Update the plan quarterly to ensure continued alignment with objectives.
  • Use market research and demographic analysis to identify and target sales prospects within your territory.
  • Close new business and renew contracts to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Lead the negotiation and development of contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Track customer satisfaction and document sales metrics to ensure business goals are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of sales activity, contact profiles, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with other Nuclear Sales Managers to achieve company-wide objectives and sales targets.

What You Will Bring

  • Required Education: Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.)
    Desirable: MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in medical sales (radiopharmaceutical industry preferred).
    • Experience in developing and executing tactical sales plans that meet or exceed objectives.
    • Proven track record in closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Skilled in delivering compelling sales and marketing presentations.
    • Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
    • Broad knowledge of the medical industry, with a focus on sales and marketing in healthcare.
