Role Overview
The Medical Lead will spearhead the design, implementation, and execution of Medical Affairs plans for Solid Tumors. This role involves providing scientific expertise, guiding clinical study design and prioritization, and fostering educational dialogues with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and regulatory partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to medical inquiries with high-quality, timely answers in line with applicable standards.
  • Develop and execute clinical trial strategies, overseeing studies and clinical research within the therapeutic area.
  • Support country strategies for Non-Interventional Studies and Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT).
  • Tailor global or regional medical materials for local use, ensuring proper review and approval in line with local guidelines.
  • Provide medical insights to cross-functional teams, including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Teams.
  • Identify risks, assess potential impacts, and ensure internal controls are in place and monitored.

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences; MD is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Oncology.
  • Strong skills in partner engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work strategically, with agile learning and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for field work.
