Role Overview

The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting Pfizer’s products within their assigned territory. This role requires expertise in customer engagement (both in-person and virtual), analytical capabilities, and the ability to effectively utilize digital tools to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Engagement

  • Drive sales growth in the assigned territory through effective product promotion.
  • Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually to maximize impact.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business and territory call plans.
  • Use digital tools to maintain customer engagement and deliver impactful presentations.

Strategic Planning

  • Identify and implement live/virtual engagement strategies to enhance customer relationships.
  • Utilize internal reports and analytics to uncover and develop business opportunities.
  • Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare providers on relevant patient populations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Strategically utilize disease state and product information to provide valuable solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and meet Pfizer’s objectives.

Administrative Duties

  • Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time, including reporting and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following areas:
    • Professional Sales or Promotional Activities.
    • Small Business Ownership or Entrepreneurial Experience.
    • Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management.
    • Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
    • Educator roles (e.g., Teacher, Principal).
    • Full-time Military Experience.
  • Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays as needed.

Nice-to-Have

  • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales.
  • Proven track record in sales/marketing success and strong territory management.
  • Experience in relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, or product portfolios.
  • Familiarity with customers and markets within the assigned territory.
  • Resides within the territory boundaries.

Work Details

  • Start Date: March 3 or March 31, 2025.
  • Work Assignment: Remote - Field Based.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $71,700 to $180,200.
  • Additional quarterly Sales Incentive Bonus.
