Job Purpose

Responsible for tracking request management systems, maintaining external funding databases, performing QC checks on IIS requests, and processing them within the platform. Develops high-quality documents while ensuring accuracy, analytical rigor, and adherence to client requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Project & Request Management

  • Track and maintain request management systems.

  • Maintain and update the external funding database.

  • Perform QC checks on IIS requests and process them efficiently.

  • Provide input to project plan development and maintain resource tracking sheets.

  • Regularly update team lead on project progress and assist in project management.

  • Proactively identify risks to project delivery and propose resolutions.

  • Manage own workload to ensure delivery to agreed milestones.

Documentation & Communication

  • Create clear and concise written and oral communications.

  • Clean and update client databases, learning platforms, and web-based applications for consistency.

  • Create and update work instructions in the request management system.

  • Review deliverables for accuracy and consistency before submission.

  • Build strong rapport and maintain relationships with client colleagues.

  • Clearly articulate the project’s value to clients.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure high attention to detail in all deliverables.

  • Maintain adherence to client requirements, company standards, and best practices.

  • Demonstrate commitment to quality, diligence, and follow-through.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences from a top-tier institute.

  • Experience: 3–4 years in healthcare or life sciences domain (excluding PV case processing).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

    • Ability to clean, manage, and update client databases.
