    • Represent Medical Affairs at local and regional medical events (e.g., Congresses, Symposia), contribute to scientific discussions and event summaries.
  2. Respond to Requests:

    • Address unsolicited requests for medical and scientific information, ensuring alignment with approved scientific materials.
    • Provide information about company research, clinical trials, and grants by directing SLs/KDMs to relevant resources.
  3. Medical and Scientific Activities:

    • Organize and participate in scientific exchange activities, including hospital lectures, journal clubs, expert forums, and advisory boards.
    • Present scientific information, providing educational support and contributing to collaborative discussions.
    • Support Health Technology Assessments and formulary decisions based on available data.

Internal Support:

  1. Medical Affairs Planning:

    • Develop and implement regional Medical Affairs Plans aligned with company goals.
  2. Research Support:

    • Assist in identifying potential investigators for sponsored studies and contribute to research planning.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Provide insights from external engagement to internal stakeholders, informing areas of interest, development programs, and overall company strategy.
    • Provide scientific training to commercial colleagues on disease states and on-label products as needed.
  4. Cross-functional Cooperation:

    • Collaborate closely with other Medical Advisors, MSLs, and various internal teams across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • Medical Doctor (MD) degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience:

    • Relevant pharmaceutical experience; experience in Medical Affairs is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of clinical trials, clinical data interpretation, and scientific knowledge in the assigned therapeutic area.
  3. Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, presenting scientific data, and interacting with both internal and external audiences.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Strategic thinking and project management skills to manage internal and external scientific engagement.
  4. Languages:

    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages may be a plus.
