Compensation

  • The anticipated wage for this position ranges from $145,500 - $213,400, depending on the candidate's experience, education, and location. Additional company benefits include eligibility for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with expertise in Neuroscience to join our team. MSLs are field-based experts who play a key role in bridging scientific knowledge and clinical practice. You will engage with Scientific and Clinical Experts (SEs/CEs) in your therapeutic area, providing critical insights that drive our research, development, and commercialization strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Scientific & Clinical Knowledge: Provide researchers and clinicians with the latest scientific information, addressing clinical care gaps and answering nuanced medical questions related to disease states and therapeutic areas.
  • SE/CE Support: Build strong relationships with SEs/CEs, facilitating collaborative research, sharing evidence, and addressing clinical needs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Field Execution: Manage a strategic territory plan, utilizing data and analytical tools to prioritize engagements with key stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach.
  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with internal teams to communicate actionable customer insights and contribute to the development of future strategies for research and clinical development.

Qualifications

  • Education: Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in health sciences is acceptable with 5+ years of clinical, research, or industry experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the neuroscience therapeutic area preferred. Prior field-based experience is highly valued.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), advanced presentation capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and leverage digital platforms for virtual engagements.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience with digital tools (e.g., Zoom) to engage HCPs virtually.
  • Familiarity with medical research, academic communities, and health systems.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Location

  • Applicants should live within proximity to a major transport hub, as this position requires up to 80% travel, including weekend commitments.
