Role Overview:

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting Sandoz products to pharmacists and physicians within your designated region. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and increasing Sandoz's market share.

You will foster cross-functional collaboration and contribute to an open, transparent, and innovative company culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Promote and sell Sandoz products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory.
  • Strengthen customer relationships while actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Provide expert consultation and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the necessary data and disease-related information to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and execute territory and customer engagement plans using available data sources.

Market & Industry Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Identify priority customer opportunities and focus efforts on high-impact interactions.

Customer Experience & Compliance:

  • Utilize customer engagement methodologies to create high-quality customer interactions that enhance the HCP experience and benefit patients.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Sandoz values.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special-case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receiving them.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • High level of ethical responsibility and customer insight capabilities.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or distribution, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Key Account Management (preferred).
  • Experience in product launches (preferred).
  • Established network of pharmacies and physicians (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Languages:
    • German (mandatory).
    • French and English (preferred).
