The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to implement, conduct, and manage sales and marketing activities aimed at achieving KPI targets while adhering to company regulations, policies, and QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.


Key Responsibilities

Engagement and Promotion

  • Conduct visits and deliver detailed presentations to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to build and maintain strong relationships within the medical community.
  • Organize marketing initiatives to support Actavis products in medical institutions within the assigned area.

Knowledge Development

  • Stay updated on medical and product knowledge to effectively promote Actavis products and ensure accurate product information delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities and product availability while coordinating with distributors to optimize marketing program outcomes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and QEHS regulations during marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to address HCP complaints related to drug safety and assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in resolving customer complaints regarding product quality.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track the effectiveness of marketing programs, competitor activities, and product positioning in the market.
  • Provide feedback and data to relevant teams to support strategy development.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma Degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1–2 years as a Medical Representative (preferably with neuro/pulmo products) and familiarity with the Jakarta Selatan (Jaksel) area.
  • Skills:
    • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Basic English proficiency (passive).

Reporting To

This position reports directly to the Area Sales Leader.
