Job Title: Medical Manager, Oncology - North India

Role Description:
The primary role of the Medical Manager/Medical Science Liaison is to provide scientific information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and to support their medical/scientific needs. This position focuses on fostering scientific and clinical exchanges between our company and HCPs to enhance understanding and the clinical application of our products, in alignment with medical strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with HCPs to provide scientific information about our company’s products.
  • Address medical inquiries based on available scientific data.
  • Document interactions with HCPs for future reference.
  • Execute Key Thought Leader engagement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support medical affairs.
  • Conduct scientific meetings and support medical educational events.
  • Share insights from scientific interactions to better understand the unmet needs of external stakeholders.
  • Support the launch of new products/indications and patient support programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree: MD, MD (Pharmacology), or PhD in Life Sciences.
  • Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and written skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
