Position Overview

Leverage your scientific and foreign language expertise to review, assess, and process safety and product quality information. Contribute to global product safety by supporting healthcare professionals, consumers, and internal stakeholders, with opportunities for professional development and leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Information & Safety Support

    • Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding:

      • Adverse events

      • Product quality complaints

      • Medical inquiries and product support

      • Other required safety-related needs (excluding commercial sales support)

  • Safety Data Management

    • Receive, triage, review, and process Lifecycle Safety (LCS) operational data.

    • Perform data entry, code medical terminology, write case narratives, generate queries, perform quality checks, assist with reconciliation, and coordinate translations.

    • Document and track incoming calls/emails from investigative sites or other safety data sources.

  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship

    • Build a positive, collaborative team environment within Lifecycle Safety.

    • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance for less experienced team members and operational staff.

    • Lead by example, ensuring service excellence and knowledge sharing.

  • Project & Process Support

    • Establish and maintain effective project service communications.

    • Liaise with Project Managers, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions.

    • Participate in training, cross-functional initiatives, and working groups for implementing new processes.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Licensed Pharmacist.

  • Language proficiency:

    • English – minimum C1 level

    • German – C2 level or native speaker

  • Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with consistently high-quality standards.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.


Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).

  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum).

  • Native-level fluency in German (C2 or above).

  • Note: This role is not available for UK visa sponsorship.
