🔹 Job Summary

Medpace is seeking an experienced Medical Director with a clinical specialization in one or more therapeutic areas — including but not limited to Immunology/Allergy, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, and Cardiology — to join our dynamic and growing global team.

This leadership position provides medical, scientific, and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials. The Medical Director will act as Medpace’s internal medical expert, supporting study teams in the review, interpretation, and presentation of clinical study data.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Provide medical oversight and management of ongoing clinical trials across assigned therapeutic areas.
Offer medical and scientific input on study reports, regulatory documents, and scientific manuscripts.
Manage and assess safety issues arising during clinical trials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support business development efforts by participating in proposals, sponsor meetings, and bid defense presentations.
Collaborate with other departments in all phases of trials — feasibility, design, training, medical review, and protocol development.
Ensure strict compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), company SOPs, and applicable regulatory standards.

🔹 Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) with specialization in a relevant therapeutic area.
Licensing: Eligible to obtain a medical license; Board Certification preferred.
Experience:
- Prior clinical trial research experience preferred.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry is advantageous.
Travel Requirement: Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
