Role Overview

This role places you at the forefront of patient safety, handling direct interactions with health care professionals (HCPs) and patients. You will provide medical information support, process adverse events (AEs), and document product quality complaints across various therapeutic areas including:

  • Respiratory

  • Infectious Diseases

  • Immunology and Inflammation

  • HIV

  • Oncology

You will work in a best-practice, globally recognized safety environment, with structured career development and ongoing training from in-house safety experts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to HCPs and patients, including receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, AEs, product quality complaints, and other calls.

  • Receive and document incoming calls, faxes, and emails from various sources, including investigative sites.

  • Maintain regular communication with local management regarding project metrics, challenges, and successes.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle Safety team members.

  • Participate in training across Lifecycle Safety service lines and contribute to process improvements, new initiatives, and working groups.

  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality standards in all documentation and reporting.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or Healthcare.

  • Languages:

    • English: Minimum C1 (advanced) level.

    • French: Minimum C2 (native or near-native) level.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

  • Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
