Your Role

The Manufacturing Technician 4 – Night Shift at our St. Louis Cherokee site is a key member of GMP Manufacturing operations. You will ensure Compliance and Readiness, enabling high manufacturing success.

Shift Schedule:

12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Supports 24/7 manufacturing operations

Responsibilities:

Evaluate products and perform manufacturing operations per established protocols.

Execute GMP activities: facility prep, formulations, ultrafiltration, chromatography (manual/automated).

Safely dispose of cleaning and process waste following approved procedures.

Maintain required training certifications for assigned tasks.

Perform buffer formulation, routine processes, and unit operations.

Clean equipment and working areas during/after operations.

Support facility functions: reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, restocking, waste disposal.

Communicate status updates and concerns to supervisors.

Maintain complete and accurate records consistent with GDP standards.

Ensure logbooks are properly completed.

Interact across departments; perform tasks independently and in a team.

Apply experience to improve processes (change control, safety, quality, 6S).

Resolve unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods of time.

Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Wear PPE: masks, safety shoes, gloves, Tyvek suits, respirators, etc.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

6+ months of experience in a cGMP environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an API manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude

Proven process improvement experience

Familiarity with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standards

Computer proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Pay Range: $24.00 – $41.00 per hour

Final offer depends on location, experience, education, and skills.

Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
