Role Summary
The Health Economics Manager (Systematic Literature Review focus) is responsible for supporting evidence generation activities that inform business strategy, pricing, market access, and healthcare decision-making.
The role primarily involves conducting and managing systematic literature reviews (SLRs) and supporting health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR)
Design and conduct systematic literature reviews
Develop search strategies for scientific databases
Screen and select relevant publications
Extract and synthesize clinical, economic, and real-world evidence data
Evidence Generation
Support generation of health economic and outcomes evidence
Analyze published literature to support:
Market access strategies
Pricing decisions
Value demonstration of therapies
Data Interpretation & Reporting
Summarize findings from clinical and economic literature
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Translate scientific evidence into business insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with HEOR Product Leads and global teams
Support global product strategy and evidence needs
Collaborate with stakeholders across medical, market access, and R&D functions
Strategic Support
Contribute evidence for:
Health Technology Assessments (HTA)
Payer submissions
Pricing and reimbursement strategies
Support decision-making through structured evidence synthesis
Required Qualifications
