About the Role

The Clinical Integrated Business Operations Leader (IBOL) plays a critical role in managing and optimizing clinical trial costs, budgets, and operational data for Sanofi’s Global Clinical Development (GCD) team — which holds the largest budget within R&D.

The IBOL is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, financial efficiency, and strategic alignment of resources across the global vaccine portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train teams and ensure continuous improvement of digital systems.

🔹 3. Leadership & Process Coordination

  • Independently lead and coordinate Business Office processes such as rolling forecasts, financial exercises, and data consolidation.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure data alignment with key stakeholders.

  • Lead lessons-learned reviews and support continuous process improvement.

🔹 4. Mentorship & Team Development

  • Mentor junior colleagues and oversee contract or temporary business office resources.

  • Act as a core member of transversal teams (Digital, RDPM, “Following the Money” initiatives).

  • Support strategic initiatives across Global Clinical Development and the wider R&D organization.
