Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Research Analysis to oversee the execution of research projects and lead a team to deliver high-quality research outputs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills to support organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

Project & Research Management

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of research projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, offering expert guidance to team members.

  • Contribute to strategic planning of initiatives, including resource allocation, scheduling, and priority setting.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of project progress and outcomes, delivering timely updates to management and customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research with broader organizational strategies.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Address complex issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide clear and effective communication to support decision-making.

Team & People Management

  • Manage a team of colleagues with clear operational and functional targets.

  • Establish and communicate team goals aligned with departmental objectives.

  • Set metrics/performance measures to track progress.

  • Provide consistent training, feedback, and development opportunities to colleagues.

  • Lead staffing decisions and provide recommendations for team growth.

  • Communicate policies, practices, and procedures clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or advanced degree
