Role Overview

As an Analytics Manager, you will lead the delivery of media performance analytics across healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing initiatives. This role combines hands-on reporting, campaign analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership to drive data-driven marketing success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and ad hoc media performance reporting across HCP and consumer campaigns.

  • Analyze channel- and campaign-level metrics to identify performance drivers across digital and offline media.

  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing insights and trend analysis.

  • Collaborate with brand analytics teams to align KPIs, benchmarks, and success metrics.

  • Partner with US-based media leads, agencies, and vendors on data tracking, campaign definitions, and performance narratives.

  • Recommend test-and-learn opportunities to enhance tactics or explore new approaches.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity across campaign reporting.

  • Manage and mentor analysts, contributing to team capability-building.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s with 7–14 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Marketing Science, or related field.

  • Proven expertise in campaign reporting, KPI analysis, and performance storytelling.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).

  • Strong understanding of digital and offline media KPIs across HCP and consumer contexts.

  • Ability to independently manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharma marketing analytics or a regulated industry.

  • Knowledge of marketing analytics techniques (e.g., lift analysis, channel diagnostics, reach/frequency evaluation).

  • Familiarity with syndicated datasets and platforms such as Nielsen, IQVIA, or Veeva.

  • Experience collaborating with global or US-based stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Ability to identify and recommend workflow, metric, and KPI improvements.
