Role Overview – Manager, HEVA (Evidence Synthesis):
Sanofi is seeking a Manager – HEVA to lead evidence synthesis projects within the Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) function. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality health economics, real-world evidence (RWE), and value-based research to support global and US market access strategies. This position will collaborate closely with Global HEVA Business Partners, Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Market Access teams to generate evidence that informs internal decision-making and external payer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage assigned HEVA evidence synthesis projects to generate robust health economic and value-based evidence for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch products.
Collaborate with Global HEVA BPs and Evidence Synthesis leads to execute research projects, economic models, trial design recommendations, burden-of-illness studies, meta-analyses, and observational studies.
Develop strategic evidence materials, including core value dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers, aligned with program and product strategies.
Coach and mentor HEVA associates, reviewing and developing content to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Build and maintain therapeutic area expertise to guide evidence generation and dissemination strategies.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, Market Access) to understand evidence needs and ensure timely delivery of customized outputs.
Innovate HEVA processes and methodologies to enhance relevance, impact, and efficiency of evidence generation.
Ensure adherence to HEVA evidence generation guidelines, SOPs, and standards.
Manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas, maintaining timelines, quality, and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred).
Experience: Minimum 8 years in HEOR, evidence synthesis, or related roles in pharmaceuticals, CROs, or academia.
Strong knowledge of health economics, health technology assessment (HTA), reimbursement processes, and market access strategies.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality evidence to support payer and internal stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional global teams, managing multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex scientific and economic data in clear, actionable formats.
