Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Corporate Quality

Job Summary:

The Manager – Corporate Quality will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and process excellence initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback; resolve quality-related issues

  • Define and track key quality metrics, reporting to senior leadership

  • Guide creation of documentation such as training manuals, process flows, templates, SOPs

  • Mentor team members pursuing Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification

  • Lead hands-on project implementation: planning, stakeholder management, reviews, and ROI tracking

  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001


Requirements

  • Experience: 12–15 years in process excellence, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role

  • Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean certifications preferred

  • Technical Skills: Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau, etc.)

  • Preferred Industry Experience:

    • US Healthcare/RCM
