Job Description

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Drive sales and identify business opportunities within the Clinical Trial and Pharma Collaborations sectors.
  • Generate new leads and prospects, prospect qualified sales leads, and lead new business development efforts in the pharmacovigilance domain.

2. Sales Planning and Strategy

  • Plan and structure clinical trial-related sales activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Develop and write business, research, and technical proposals for potential clients.

3. Proposal and Bid Management

  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and Business Proposal requests from clients.
  • Participate in Bid Defending to enhance success rates in competitive proposals.

4. Client Management and Relationship Building

  • Manage corporate meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate client contracts and close deals to expand the business pipeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance while recommending new business opportunities.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with current market and technology trends to identify new potential markets for business expansion.
  • Use insights to guide business strategy and sales efforts effectively.

6. Revenue and Business Growth

  • Deliver on annual new business and revenue plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
