Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Junior MICC Associates to join our expanding Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) team. The role involves handling pharmacovigilance-related communications through calls and emails, specifically focusing on Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Inquiries (MI), and General Inquiries (GI). The position requires professionals with a keen eye for detail, solid documentation practices, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Case Handling:
Receive and manage calls/emails related to AE, PQC, MI, and GI.
Perform case intake, verify duplicate entries, and register cases accurately.
Execute follow-up communications with stakeholders via phone/email.
Translate non-English inquiries when required.
Documentation Support:
Assist in creating and maintaining essential MICC documentation as per standard procedures.
Ensure all records are entered in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
1–3 years of experience working in a MICC role, preferably within the pharmacovigilance domain.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities for seamless client interaction.
Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance terminology and case processing is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
