Position Overview

The Junior Process Executive – MRR will be responsible for retrieving medical records from healthcare facilities on behalf of health plans and clients for retrospective and prospective reviews.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including Saturdays and Indian holidays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve medical records remotely from healthcare providers and facilities within timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations related to medical record retrieval.

  • Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.

  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to retrieve and store data.

  • Maintain detailed tracking systems for monitoring record requests.

  • Communicate status updates to internal teams.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives (software/hardware functionality, testing, implementation).

  • Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control assessments as required.

  • Support team building, teamwork, and cross-department collaboration.

  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and growth.

  • Work with PHI / PII data in compliance with data security standards.

  • Comply with employment terms, policies, procedures, and company directives (including reassignment, shift changes, and alternate work arrangements).


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

  • Minimum 6+ months of BPO (non-voice process) experience.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Word

    • Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort/filter, working with tables)

    • Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, Saturdays, and Indian holidays.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry.
