Junior Associate – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Vizag, India)

About the Role

As a Junior Associate, you will support core manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards in pharmaceutical production.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute independently to team deliverables while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Manage daily tasks, timelines, and personal development goals with accountability for results.
Follow established procedures to complete tasks of varied scope and complexity within defined timelines.
Identify and resolve moderately routine operational issues.
Execute assignments under moderate supervision, escalating deviations from standard processes to supervisors.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance in all assigned work.
Operate equipment, machinery, tools, and materials required for production, ensuring adequate stock levels before initiating runs.
Maintain strict adherence to plant safety regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Conduct in-process quality checks and support continuous improvement in processes and safety.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or related operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail with sound organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
Proficiency with manufacturing systems, software, and equipment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-demand environment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and mentoring experience
