IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented Site Solutions Associate to support global clinical trial operations by managing investigator site reimbursement activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of site payments, invoicing, accounts payable coordination, and budget data management within IQVIA Clinical Trial Payments systems.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, clinical operations, finance, IT, and client stakeholders to support end-to-end investigator payment processes while delivering high-quality client service.
Manage the end-to-end investigator payment lifecycle, including grants, invoicing, and one-time billings using proprietary systems
Coordinate with clinical operations and IT teams to align electronic data capture (EDC) feeds with site visit milestones, enabling automated payment triggers
Support accounts payable processes, including payment forecasting, tracking budgeted versus incurred costs, and reconciliation activities
Ensure adherence to contract specifications and respond to ad hoc client requests under supervision
Review, triage, and respond to Level I inquiries received through shared departmental mailboxes in line with Customer Support SOPs
Verify deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with client specifications and service-level agreements
Maintain effective internal communication with sales, account management, and client service teams regarding client activities and deliverables
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned products or services
Research, analyze, and resolve client queries requiring an understanding of clinical trial processes, therapeutic areas, and IQVIA solutions
Participate in client training sessions, service meetings, and external client-facing projects as required
Perform additional administrative and project support tasks throughout the study lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical trial operations, site payments, project support, finance operations, or pharmaceutical services
Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC-based applications, with the ability to manage and analyze large transactional datasets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across organizational levels
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and customer service capabilities
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a diverse, global business environment
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites or IQVIA offices as required
