We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Medical Writer to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about transforming complex clinical data into clear, visually compelling, and audience-friendly narratives. You will work closely with senior writers and project managers to develop high-quality content for advisory boards, training modules, marketing materials, and other medical communications.
Content Development & Visual Design
Develop PowerPoint presentations for advisory boards, training sessions, and marketing materials.
Simplify complex clinical data into concise, understandable narratives.
Assist in writing and editing non-clinical medical communications content under senior supervision.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and compliant with project-specific requirements and medical guidelines.
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine content while adhering to deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Project Managers to align on project scope and deadlines.
Coordinate with Graphic Designers to ensure visual elements complement scientific content.
Collaborate with Senior Medical Writers to maintain high editorial standards and best practices.
Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related fields.
0–2 years of experience in medical communications or medical writing; freshers with relevant certification are welcome.
Strong command of English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and slide design.
Ability to understand medical concepts and present them clearly and effectively.
High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Prior exposure to medical communications agencies.
Familiarity with pharma, healthcare, or life sciences content.
Experience with client-facing deliverables.
Freshers with a medical writing certification or course.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in medical communications.
Individuals passionate about growing their career in medical communications, rather than academic or regulatory writing.
