About the Job:

Sanofi is seeking an Investigational Product Manager (IPM) to manage Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP), Auxiliary Medicinal Products (AxMP), and Medical Devices (MD) across multiple studies. The IPM will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the reception, handling, storage, distribution, reconciliation, returns, and destruction of products, ensuring compliance with Sanofi standards and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Study Setup: Identify and implement efficiencies in IMP/AxMP/MD process management. Organize local study kick-off meetings, ensuring monitoring teams are trained and accountable.
  • Study Ongoing: Manage import/export processes, oversee depot activities, and ensure continuity of local distribution of IMP, AxMP, and ancillary materials.
  • Quality Management: Address quality issues related to IMP, including recalls, temperature excursions, and product complaints.
  • Collaboration: Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, including CSMM, CQH, legal, and vendors.
  • Study Closure: Perform IRT reconciliation, coordinate product destruction, and organize study closure and archiving at the depot level.

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in IMP management and distribution.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Strong project management experience and risk management orientation.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of clinical trial management, GMP, GCP, GDP, and EU regulations. Vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Education: Pharmacist or related scientific background.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.
