This role is ideal for MD or equivalent postgraduate candidates in their second or final year who aim to build a long-term career in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Regulatory Strategy, or the broader pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific Publication Review

  • Review clinical trial publications and real-world evidence for scientific accuracy and methodological rigor.

  • Ensure alignment with internal medical positioning and compliance standards.

Literature Review and Data Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive literature searches using credible scientific databases.

  • Summarize and interpret data to support therapeutic strategies, training programs, and medical initiatives.

Scientific Content Development

  • Assist in developing slide decks, FAQs, scientific responses, and knowledge documents.

  • Maintain scientific integrity and regulatory compliance in all materials.

KOL Mapping and Profiling

  • Support identification, segmentation, and profiling of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  • Contribute to scientific engagement planning and collaboration strategy.

Field-Based Medical Exposure

  • Accompany medical field teams during scientific discussions, medical education initiatives, and congress activities.

  • Gain practical experience in external stakeholder communication.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, and Compliance teams.

  • Ensure medical accuracy across communications and strategic initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Pursuing an MD or equivalent postgraduate degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, or related healthcare discipline.

  • Must be in the second or final year of postgraduate studies.

Experience Required

  • No prior pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory.

  • Academic research exposure, thesis work, publication experience, or scientific writing background will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and critical appraisal of literature.

  • Proficiency in scientific writing and summarization of complex clinical data.

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a structured environment.
