Role Overview

ICON is inviting fresh graduates to join its Clinical Validation Team as Interns. This internship provides hands-on exposure to clinical software validation within a regulated environment. Interns will support validation activities that ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of critical clinical systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers seeking career entry in clinical research, clinical data systems, or healthcare technology validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of validation protocols and testing plans for clinical software and applications.

  • Assist cross-functional teams in identifying, investigating, and resolving issues detected during validation activities.

  • Maintain clear, accurate, and complete documentation of all validation processes.

  • Ensure alignment with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards in all assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (2024 & 2025 pass-outs).

  • Freshers with strong learning intent and interest in clinical research or clinical data systems.

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis or project management tools is advantageous.
