Job Summary
A global biopharmaceutical services leader, Syneos Health, is seeking a results-driven Immunology Specialist to manage and grow a defined sales territory in Albuquerque, NM. This field-based role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening prescriber relationships, and serving as a disease state expert within the immunology therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
Execute a strategic territory sales plan aligned with quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Deliver compliant, high-impact product presentations to specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
Act as a clinical and disease-state resource for immunology products within the assigned geography.
Utilize approved marketing tools and data-driven selling strategies to maximize account engagement.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with target prescribers and healthcare decision-makers.
Ensure consistent territory coverage through structured planning and organized account management.
Participate in ongoing training programs and adhere strictly to corporate and industry compliance standards.
Travel within territory, including overnight and occasional weekend travel as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS mandatory).
Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must reside within Albuquerque, NM or within designated territory boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience in the Albuquerque or broader New Mexico geography with established local prescriber relationships.
Documented and verifiable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in specialty care or immunology product promotion.
