Job Overview

We are seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to support and optimize creative workflows across multiple Pods and Squads. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Workfront or similar project management platforms who excel in process optimization, reporting, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will serve as a key operational partner, ensuring efficient adoption of systems, accurate reporting, and consistent execution of creative processes in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned Pods and Squads

  • Onboard, train, and support new users on workflows, tools, and best practices

  • Maintain and optimize templates, dashboards, and reports to track operational metrics

  • Drive adoption of enterprise-level processes and system updates

  • Provide first-line technical support and coordinate issue escalation

  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and workflow guidelines

  • Monitor Workfront system updates and evaluate new features for adoption

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and improve efficiency

  • Support onboarding of new teams into Workfront through structured training programs

  • Collect user feedback and collaborate with system administrators for continuous improvement


Required Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience using Workfront or a comparable project management/workflow tool

  • Proven experience in operational support, workflow management, or creative operations

  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards, reports, and standardized templates

  • Prior experience in user training, onboarding, or process enablement


Educational Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

  • Additional certifications or training in project management or operations are an advantage

  • Strong understanding of creative workflow systems and operational processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
