A leading global biopharmaceutical solutions organization, Syneos Health, is hiring an experienced Immunology Specialist to drive territory sales performance and strengthen relationships with specialty healthcare providers in the El Paso, NM region.

Key Responsibilities
Execute strategic territory business plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Deliver impactful, compliant sales presentations to specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
Serve as a disease state expert and trusted clinical resource within the immunology therapeutic area.
Utilize approved marketing materials and data-driven selling tools tailored to targeted audiences.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key prescribers and healthcare stakeholders.
Plan and organize territory activities to ensure consistent coverage and optimized account management.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and corporate policies.
Travel within the assigned territory, including overnight and occasional weekend travel as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS mandatory).
Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Must reside within the assigned territory or its geographic boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience in the El Paso, NM geography with established relationships among target prescribers.
Demonstrated track record of consistent sales growth and goal achievement.
Strong understanding of specialty care and immunology product positioning.
