💰 Salary Range: $90K - $120K + Bonus

Job Overview:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will drive HR initiatives, aligning with business strategies and operational priorities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 HR Strategy & Employee Relations
✔ Partner with business operations to address HR issues and implement policies
✔ Interpret and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations
✔ Counsel management on performance, discipline, and terminations
✔ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

💼 Training & Organizational Development
✔ Coach and train employees and managers for performance improvement
✔ Design organizational strategies for operational efficiency
✔ Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration
✔ Manage NY State HR training grant programs

👥 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
✔ Review resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend candidates
✔ Assist with staffing plans and collaborate with external agencies
✔ Ensure fair and compliant hiring and promotion practices

💎 Compensation, Benefits & HRIS
✔ Recommend salary offers and promotions
✔ Maintain HRIS systems for personnel data and transactions
✔ Guide employees on benefits, leave, and accommodations
✔ Identify trends to enhance employee well-being and retention

💪 HR Leadership & Special Projects
✔ Act as a backup to the Head of HR
✔ Lead HR initiatives and business improvement projects
✔ Collaborate with external partners and community organizations

Required Qualifications:

🎓 Education:
✔ Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
✔ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred

🔧 Experience & Skills:
5+ years of HR, training, and talent development experience
Manufacturing or R&D facility experience preferred
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Concur, Microsoft Office
✔ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
✔ Ability to work across diverse cultures and teams
✔ Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
