Role Overview: Healthcare Consultant (Customer Experience Team)

As a Healthcare Consultant, you will be a key player in bridging communication between VyasLife, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical companies. This role combines strategic engagement, digital interaction, and relationship building to enhance our brand presence and foster trust in the healthcare ecosystem.
You will work with top hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and government agencies to showcase the benefits of VyasLife’s solutions. By leveraging your healthcare and management expertise, you’ll shape the future of healthcare delivery and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategic Partnerships
Establish and implement partnerships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Sales, Product) to meet customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.
Build long-term relationships with doctors and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Project & Client Engagement
Develop and monitor project plans with the content team, ensuring timely delivery of assignments.
Present VyasLife’s offerings to clients, leading to successful service sign-ups.
Manage onboarding, implementation, training, and retention for assigned projects.
Healthcare Community Interaction
Lead external scientific and clinical exchanges with the medical community.
Bring customer insights into the organization to refine processes and offerings.
Value Addition & Process Optimization
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving value from VyasLife’s products and services.
Enhance healthcare professional engagement by improving existing processes and initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support project closures and create impactful case studies.
