Job Summary:

The Health Care Executive will be responsible for managing healthcare-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. The individual will work on developing strategies that align with business objectives and improve access to healthcare solutions in the APAC region, specifically India (Mumbai and Chhattisgarh).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Healthcare Management: Oversee healthcare operations, ensuring they align with regulatory guidelines and meet the needs of the healthcare market in the APAC region.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and industry partners to ensure access to company products and services.

  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all healthcare practices adhere to local and international healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Market Development: Identify and develop strategies for market expansion, focusing on improving healthcare accessibility and delivery in Mumbai, Chhattisgarh, and other APAC regions.

  • Training & Development: Provide training and educational materials to healthcare teams to ensure they are updated on the latest healthcare practices and company offerings.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on healthcare activities, market trends, and the performance of healthcare initiatives in alignment with company goals.


Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, or a similar qualification (Preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in healthcare management or related functions.

  • Familiarity with APAC healthcare regulations and the Indian healthcare market.

  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, and medical laws.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-regional healthcare projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical products, and regulatory frameworks.
