About the Role
Sanofi is looking for a Global Process Lead to manage the global process strategy for digital innovation across multiple functions under the Medical and Events tower. This role involves driving process efficiency, optimizing operations, and fostering collaboration to align business units and geographies with company goals. The successful candidate will lead initiatives focused on digital transformation, AI-driven innovation, and process standardization to deliver best-in-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global process strategy for digital innovation and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance digital literacy across the organization.
  • Oversee digital transformation processes and track adherence to core models and internal controls.
  • Facilitate process standardization and contribute to process design to optimize business performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of digital initiatives and share insights across geographies and business units.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and alignment across departments.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with pharmaceutical knowledge preferred.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Teams and SharePoint), project management tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, JIRA).
  • Expertise in change management, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
