Global Feasibility Lead II – Clinical Research

Job Summary

Fortrea is hiring a Global Feasibility Lead II to drive operational strategy and clinical feasibility planning. This role involves conducting primary and secondary data analyses, developing site selection strategies, and presenting feasibility findings to internal stakeholders and external clients. Ideal for professionals experienced in global clinical trials, this role offers the opportunity to lead standalone feasibility efforts and contribute to process improvements across a leading global CRO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and present primary and secondary data to support global clinical trial planning.

  • Conduct internal and external data mining to inform strategy development.

  • Support bid defenses and proposal development with data-backed recommendations.

  • Serve as a functional bidder reviewer for feasibility-related proposals.

  • Lead cross-functional teams on feasibility initiatives and deliver robust final reports.

  • Participate in client presentations and discussions on feasibility recommendations.

  • Train internal teams on feasibility tools, processes, and best practices.

  • Contribute to departmental process improvements and technology systems.

  • Mentor junior Global Feasibility Leads and guide them on project execution.

  • Maintain strong collaboration with global stakeholders and clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or health-related disciplines.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in academic, healthcare, consulting, or CRO environments.

  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical research, feasibility, or data analytics.

  • Strong skills in data mining, data interpretation, and scientific research analysis.

  • Excellent writing, reporting, and presentation skills.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with therapeutic pipelines and feasibility tools.

  • Ability to independently source, interpret, and present complex clinical data.

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management.
