Work Schedule:

  • General shift pattern

  • Flexible Work-from-Office (WFO) days

  • Currently 2 days/month from office, may increase to 1-2 days/week based on HR communication

Your Profile:

  • Graduate in Pharmacy or Life Sciences

  • Minimum 1 year of Pharmacovigilance or relevant clinical experience

  • Excellent spoken and written French and English proficiency


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and download safety information from multiple channels

  • Answer voice calls for reporting safety information

  • Route information/safety reports to appropriate departments (e.g., medical information, quality assurance)

  • Monitor mailbox, triage patient safety reports and emails

  • Maintain and archive emails/source documents and update shared folders

  • Handle source documents and enter data in front-end systems per triage criteria

  • Acknowledge receipt of safety information

  • Obtain reporter consent for follow-up on safety reports

  • Assess cases for missing information and perform follow-up until closure

  • Check case validity and perform initial checks

  • Search databases to prevent duplicate entries

  • Request clarifications upfront if data discrepancies are identified in source documents

  • Enter safety information in front-end system

  • Evaluate case seriousness, including upgrades/downgrades during follow-up

  • Evaluate dechallenge-rechallenge information

  • Perform translation and back-translation of safety information as applicable

  • Anonymize/redact source documents and/or Adverse Event (AE) forms when necessary

  • Review and archive source data records, identify discrepancies, and maintain email clarifications for Source Data Verification (SDV)

  • Extract and process Individual Case Safety Reports from Health Authority databases/registries

  • Perform document review processes

  • Complete daily tasks and workflows within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Maintain data according to customer guidelines

  • Collaborate with project quality teams to improve case quality

  • Attend training sessions and develop skills continuously

  • Complete assigned training and maintain training files timely

  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for daily operations

  • Assist in training and mentoring new joiners as needed
