Position Summary
The Field Specialist / Surgical Tech Educator will be responsible for training healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of surgical products across multiple portfolios. This is a hospital- and OR-based role, requiring strong collaboration with the client's sales teams and consistent engagement with physicians, nurses, and non-clinical stakeholders.

In-servicing
Clinical education
Data/analytics sharing
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical education and training in hospitals and operating rooms
Provide professional support and in-servicing for surgical products
Serve as a resource to clinicians and staff during live procedures
Deliver both small and large group presentations on product use
Collaborate closely with field sales teams to build product credibility and identify opportunities
Collect and deliver analytics to internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required)
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
2–3 years of clinical experience in Medical Sales or as a Surgical Technologist
3–5 years preferred
Experience with surgical leadership or OR management a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation skills for delivering education to groups
Ability to work independently and also as part of a collaborative team
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized with strong time and territory management
Ability to manage and interpret clinical data and analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Decisive and business-savvy in clinical settings
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed
