Position Summary
As a Field Specialist / Surgical Tech Educator, you will provide clinical education and support for IQVIA's MedTech clients by training healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of surgical products. You will work in hospital and operating room environments, collaborating closely with the client’s sales organization and building relationships with physicians, nurses, and non-clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training and clinical education on surgical products to hospital staff
Support in-service sessions and product demonstrations in OR settings
Collaborate with sales reps to identify and pursue new opportunities
Present clinical material in both large and small group settings
Provide post-training analytics and feedback to internal teams
Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals (clinical and non-clinical)
Serve as a trusted clinical resource for product usage and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year required)
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – preferred
2–3 years of experience in Medical Sales or as a Surgical Tech (3–5 years preferred)
Background in surgical leadership or management a plus
Valid driver’s license required
