Job Summary:

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Project Coordinator to join our Core Labs team in Mumbai, India. This position offers the opportunity to work on key tasks and projects essential for the company’s success while gaining experience in Quality Assurance and process improvement within the clinical research field.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Monitoring: Compile and maintain project-specific status reports and project timelines related to Imaging studies.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Engage in Quality Assurance activities and process improvement on a daily basis.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of imaging supplies for study sites.
  • Site Interaction: Interact with study sites and internal associates to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (required), Master’s in Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in Quality Assurance and facing Quality Audits.
    • Prior research-related experience is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills.
