Key Responsibilities
Quality Review: Evaluate clinical and commercial batches to ensure product quality
Documentation & Control: Ensure alignment of product/process documentation with specifications through sampling and statistical process controls
Deviation Handling: Identify, manage, and rectify deviations in manufacturing and packaging processes
Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier-related quality matters and ensure compliance
In-Process Checks: Conduct quality checks during manufacturing
Quality Systems: Oversee quality documentation, validation, and qualification of systems
Project Coordination: Contribute to project milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective workload management
Decision-making Support: Make informed decisions within defined options under supervisory guidance
Regulatory Readiness: Maintain compliance with Pfizer policy and cGMP standards; support inspections and enhance QA systems
Risk Management: Assist manufacturing staff with real-time compliance and lead or participate in Quality Risk Management activities Swooped
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a Master's (M.Pharm)
Experience in pharmaceutical industry QA systems
Sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP/GxP)
Strong team collaboration and communication abilities Swooped

Exposure to manufacturing site operations
Hands-on experience managing/writing deviations, batch record reviews, ERP systems, non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and change control
