Job Title: Executive - Production

Location: Bharuch, Gujarat, India


Job Overview

The Executive - Production will contribute to planning and executing work programs to maximize efficiency while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety regulations. The role involves coordination with multiple departments, maintaining GMP documentation, and ensuring timely product delivery as per the production plan.


Key Responsibilities

Production Management

  • Assist in planning work programs to optimize overall efficiency.
  • Ensure all product delivery schedules are met as committed in the production plan.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Stores/Warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
  • Operate all plant sections, monitor control systems, and mentor junior staff.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain GMP documents, including BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), deviation reports, SOPs, etc.
  • Handle BMR, BPR (Batch Production Record), and ECR issuance efficiently.
  • Complete analysis of in-process samples and promptly communicate results to the plant.
  • Update knowledge of GMP by reading and understanding SOPs.

Safety and EHS

  • Ensure the safety of coworkers by adhering to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations.
  • Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to superiors.

Customer Satisfaction and Audit Requirements

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Meet GMP and safety audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in production activities, preferably in the Chemical or API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) industry.
  • Skills: Familiarity with DCS (Distributed Control System) operations.
