Job Title: Executive - Accounts Receivable (AR Caller)
Location: Noida, India

Job Overview:
Give wings to your career by joining our call center team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for making calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims. We are looking for individuals with excellent spoken English skills, preferably with experience in accounts receivables and denial management processes. Fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-call analysis and check the status of claims by calling the payer or using IVR/web portal services.
  • Maintain documentation on client software, sending necessary documents to insurance companies and ensuring a clear audit trail for future reference.
  • Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for claim follow-up.
  • Address inquiries, requests, and complaints to resolve customer concerns at the first point of contact.
  • Provide accurate product/service information, research available documentation, and interpret explanations of benefits before making calls.
  • Analyze accounts receivable data, understand reasons for underpayment, track days in A/R, top denial reasons, and document denial/underpayment codes.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for US healthcare customers.
  • Fluent verbal communication skills, with call center expertise.
  • Knowledge of denials management and A/R fundamentals preferred.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Basic working knowledge of computers.
  • Experience in medical billing companies and use of medical billing software is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes is a plus.
