Job Summary:

Sandoz is investing 100 million euros to expand its production facilities, creating new jobs and ensuring the continuous supply of antibiotics in Austria and worldwide.

As an Equipment Operator I, you will play a vital role in pharmaceutical production, handling raw materials, operating state-of-the-art systems, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Operations: Perform responsible tasks in production depending on the assigned area.
  • Raw Material Handling: Prepare and manage raw materials for manufacturing processes.
  • Process Execution & Documentation: Carry out and document production processes according to the highest quality standards and GMP regulations.
  • System Operation: Operate modern process control systems to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control & Maintenance: Conduct various control checks and cleaning tasks within the production facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Ideally, a technical vocational training background.
    • Alternatively, at least three years of experience in a production environment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Precise and careful working style.
    • Enthusiasm for working with advanced production technologies.
    • Fluent German (spoken and written).
    • Strong team spirit and enthusiasm for working in a diverse and motivated team.
    • Willingness to learn and operate complex systems under high-quality standards.
    • Shift work availability (three rotating shifts: 04:00 – 12:00, 12:00 – 20:00, 20:00 – 04:00).

Legal Notice: The base salary for this position, as required by Austrian law, is €36,578.36 per year (full-time basis). However, higher compensation may be offered depending on experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
