In partnership with L’Oréal / CeraVe Skincare, IQVIA is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our nationwide field team of over 10,000 professionals who make more than 20 million product details annually.


Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, driving brand recommendations, and building long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers. This includes developing effective territory management strategies, coordinating with team members, and increasing the visibility and market share of promoted skincare products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales forecasts and product recommendation goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies in collaboration with the team.

  • Deliver impactful product presentations to drive brand awareness and usage.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report insights for strategy improvement.

  • Represent IQVIA and CeraVe with professionalism, integrity, and compliance with all policies.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (4-year degree).

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred:

  • 1–3 years of Primary Care or Medical Sales experience.

  • B2B sales experience strongly preferred.

  • Pediatric Sales experience highly preferred.

  • Existing relationships within the Chicago South territory a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding prior sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually

  • Additional Compensation: Eligibility for incentive plans, bonuses, and a range of health and welfare benefits.

  • Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
